Banana Joe

Our banana chips are handmade, using bananas handpicked from farms we cooperate with. We ensure correct ripeness for added crunch, and cook the bananas gently to allow the flavors to remain intact. The secret to our banana chips? We learned to pick the finest bananas. Our “hom thong” bananas, otherwise known as the golden fragrant bananas, are the original “Gros Michel” variety. Yes they still exist if you search hard enough ! Although “hom thong” bananas are more difficult to source, we chose them because they taste better than any other variety of bananas.
